Face and Neck Massage Oil 30ml

(combination of essential oils and plant oils) - contains 11 essential oils and plant oils chosen for their beneficial properties and actions for the skin. This oil is cleansing, toning, moisterising and balancing, and also has antioxidant, natural preservative, regenerative, nourishing, rejuvinating and revitilising properties. It improves smoothness, softness and suppleness of the skin. It is suitable for all skin types as well as mature, aging, dry, sun damaged, sensitive skin, redness, inflammation, flakey, chapped and cracked skin, scars and stretchmarks, lesions, broken capillaries and thread veins, fine lines and wrinkles. Gently massage 3-5 drops over the face and neck in the evening before bed after cleansing and leave to penetrate into the skin overnight. Cleanse, Tone and Balance Synergy 10ml

(combination of essential oils) - contains bergamot, geranium, rose and ylang ylang essential oils, which have cleansing, toning and balancing actions for the body, particularly the reproductive and nervous systems, mind and emotions. May be helpful for mood swings, PMT/PMS, depression, irregular menstrual cycle and uterine tone. Add 8 drops to a bath or 4 drops to a foot bath and agitate the water to disperse the oils. Soak the body/feet in the bath/foot bath for 15 minutes before applying any other products to the water or body. 8 drops can also be applied to a vaporiser, which will work on an emotional rather than physical level, promoting balance for the mind and emotions. Do not leave vaporisers unattended. Gently massage a little oil over the pelvic area and lower back three times a day during menstruation, and as often as needed. Gently massaging the painful area with the blend for a few minutes increases circulation, absorption of the oils and effectiveness. Apply a covered hot water bottle over the painful area for pain relief and to promote circulation and absorption of the oils.
